Automatic Liquid Pouch Filling and Sealing
Operating footage showing liquid dosing, pouch transfer and heat sealing in one automatic cycle.
Watch on YouTubeSachet and filling machinery videos
Watch VFFS packaging, automatic filling, auger dosing, weigh filling, maintenance and line-integration demonstrations. See how the machinery moves, doses and seals, then use your own product and film to confirm performance.

Common questions
Look beyond headline speed. Check product feed, dose repeatability, seal cleanliness, operator access, changeover, guarding and how finished packs leave the machine.
No. Demonstrations illustrate principles, but suitability and performance must be confirmed against the product, dose, sachet, film and acceptance criteria.
Send representative product and packaging information with the required output. Trial scope can then be reviewed as part of the project.
Tell us about your product and pack
Send the product, dose, sachet dimensions, film and target output. Where trials are appropriate, the test scope and acceptance checks can be defined before the demonstration.
Use video as traceable project evidence
A promotional clip can show machine movement, but it does not prove a different product, dose or film. A project run video should be tied to a test record and retained sample sachets so the operating conditions are clear.
Record model, dosing system, lane count, change parts, product and film batches, dose, sachet dimensions, seal pattern, coding and the recipe used.
Include product and film feed, dosing, forming, sealing, photocell registration, coding, cutting, finished-pack discharge and any normal refilling or inspection.
State the test duration, accepted output, rejects, dose sample results, seal or leak checks and the labels used on retained sample packs.
| Start-up and stable run | Show how the machine reaches the approved condition and enough continuous operation to demonstrate stable product, film and pack handling. |
|---|---|
| Normal challenge points | Where relevant, include product refill, reel or splice handling, stop-restart, coding check and the highest intended test condition. |
| Multi-lane evidence | Show the full web and identify how lane-specific dose, seal and cut samples are taken. |
| Retained records | Keep the video filename or reference with the test sheet, machine settings, product and film identification and labelled sample sachets. |
Define the project around your product and pack
Send the product, dose, sachet and film, output and the quality checks you need to see. Where a trial is appropriate, Lancing Ltd can define the sample, run-video and acceptance evidence before testing.
